Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Positions
Location: 2 S. Addison, Bensenville, IL 60106
RBT Trainee (Entry-Level)
- No experience required!
- Complete a 40-hour certification course and state licensing exam.
- Shadow experienced RBTs and receive on-the-job training.
- Start your career in ABA therapy with a supportive team and room for growth.
RBT Level 1
- Certified RBTs ready to implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Provide one-on-one therapy for children in-center or at home.
- Collaborate with parents and BCBAs to track progress and meet client goals.
Lead RBT
- Experienced RBTs ready to take on leadership roles.
- Supervise and mentor other RBTs.
- Ensure therapy plans are implemented effectively and assist with training new staff.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Positions
Locations:
- Virtual BCBA: Fully remote position with flexible hours.
- Onsite BCBA: Based in our Bensenville, IL center, providing hands-on supervision and training.
- Hybrid BCBA: Split your time between onsite supervision and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing mentorship.
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
